First, you have to wait in line for an hour,

and then when your turn finally comes,
やっと自分の番が来たら、
you have to give them all of your information,
個人情報を色々と伝えないといけないし、
you have to pick out a plan,
プランも選ばないといけないし、
you have to fill out all of the paperwork,
書類も沢山記入しないといけない、
and then you have to listen to all of the optional services
that come with your phone that you’re going to cancel the next day anyway !
そして、どうせ翌日キャンセルするオプションサービスについても説明を聞かないといけない。
The whole process takes like two hours ! It’ such a hassle !
全部で２時間ぐらい掛かっちゃう！本当に面倒くさい！
Getting a new cell phone is such a pain.
